Who processes the data

SHI-KO PRODUCTION is an event agency in Tashkent. The legal entity details are being finalized.

What data we receive

• Name — so we know what to call you.
• Phone number — so we can contact you.
• Event date and time — if you chose them.
• Type of event and approximate number of guests — if you marked them.

We don’t use cookies or third-party advertising or analytics counters — we only count the total number of visits to the page. Like any website, the web server keeps a technical access log (IP address, time, browser type) — it is needed for security and is deleted automatically after 14 days. To protect against spam, the server also remembers for one hour how many requests came from a single IP address.

Why

Only to contact you about this request and tell you about the program and price. We don’t send newsletters and don’t pass your data to third parties for advertising.

Where it is stored and who sees it

The request is stored on our server in Tashkent. A notification about it goes to SHI-KO PRODUCTION staff via an internal Telegram bot, so a copy of the request is also in their Telegram.

How long it is kept

Requests are deleted from the server automatically after 12 months. Server backups are kept for up to 14 more days.

Your rights

You can find out what data of yours we have, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just tell the manager who calls you.

Law

Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019). By sending a request, you consent to the processing of the data above for this purpose.

The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts — your browser contacts Google’s servers to do so.
