Process
Seven steps from the first message to the materials after the event.
You leave a request on the site or message us on Telegram. We reply within a business day.
We discuss the occasion, date, number of guests, venue and approximate budget.
We prepare the idea, script outline, scope of work and estimate. We present them at a meeting.
We fix the terms, book the venue and contractors, prepare the equipment and the program.
We build the stage, lighting and sound, and run a sound check and a full run-through.
The coordinator runs the timing, the tech team holds the venue. You are a guest at your own celebration.
We hand over photos and videos, closing documents and a wrap-up.

SHI-KO PRODUCTION is a full-service event agency in Tashkent. Since 2012 we have organized weddings, anniversaries, family celebrations, corporate events and team building: from concept and script development to venue selection, technical production and day-of coordination.
The client works with one project team instead of coordinating several vendors on their own. We handle communication with venues, artists, technical specialists and contractors. Part of the sound and lighting equipment is our own, which reduces risks at the hand-offs between contractors.
